Opened in 1992 and with major additions in 1998/99 and 2002, the Resort is stylish in both design and execution. Native timbers, plantation shutters and Fijian architecture harmonise with modern interiors designed to please the most discerning guest.

Comprising of 123 rooms and Bures (pronounced 'boo-rays') Sonaisali's accommodation is second to none. The Resort is comprised of 15 Standard Hotel Rooms, 17 Beachfront Hotel Rooms, 3 Beachfront Family Bures, 42 Oceanview Bures and 46 Beachfront Spa Bures.

Generously proportioned bures boasting high vaulted ceilings and ocean glimpses from wide elevated verandahs set amidst lush tropical gardens. Bedding is 2 Queen Beds OR 1 King Bed + Sofa Bed. Maximum room capacity is 3 Adults OR 2 Adults & 3 Children.
Beachfront Spa Bures
Include the added luxury of private spas set on wide timber decks designed to capture spectacular sunsets and uninterrupted views of the ocean and islands beyond. Bedding is 2 Queen Beds OR 1 King Bed + Sofa Bed. Maximum room capacity is 3 Adults OR 2 Adults & 2 Children.
2 Bedroom Beachfront Family Bures
Comprise of 2 bedrooms, full bathroom, large separate lounge area and deck. Air-conditioning in second bedroom only. Bedding is 1 Queen Bed + 2 Single Beds + Double Sofa Bed. Maximum room capacity is 4 Adults OR 2 Adults & 4 Children.

Sunset Terrace Restaurant: Is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Guests can experience open air dining with a difference – surrounded by one of the largest lagoon style pools in Fiji. Themed buffet dinners as well as all day snack and bar menus are available.
The Plantation Restaurant: Offers fine dining in this popular air-conditioned restaurant. The Plantation Restaurant is a traditional fine dining restaurant and guest can choose from the expansive and innovative a la carte menu.

Diving
Diving trips operate daily from the Resort Marina. Sonasali has access to over 25 spectacular dive sites less then 20 minutes away. Full PADI Certificate, beginners to advanced, conducted by the Resort’s highly qualified instructors.
Day Spa
The Frangipani Health and Beauty Spa allows you to shed the cares of the world while your body is pampered from head to toe, as well as your mind with exotic oils and fragrances. The Frangipani is designed as a sanctuary to refresh, rejuvenate your spirit as well as physical well being. Open daily from 8.30am – 9.00pm.
Weddings
On Sonaisali, a unique and memorable Wedding Ceremony is a specialty, with the focus is on you! The simple and elegant service, conducted by a Fijian Minister or Marriage Celebrant is legally binding. The Wedding Coordinator will ensure your special day is arranged as it should be – perfect and carefree. All weddings are fully guided and supervised. Timing, locations and other arrangements can be changed to suit as per request.

At the Sonaisali Kids Club children can enjoy daily activities such as face painting, mini aerobics, talent quest, scavenger hunt, shell collecting and tradional Fijian activities. Open 7 days a week from 9am-9pm.
