Luxury Oceanfront Villa
6 bures in total. Featuring spectacular uninterrupted views of the Ocean and surrounding islands. Spacious and beautifully appointed with a lounge area and day bed, separate bedroom. Indoor shower and private outdoor courtyard shower with large covered deck in front of both the lounge and bedroom. Bedding is 1 King bed. Maximum room capacity is 4 adults.
Luxury Oceanview Matalau Villa
1 only. Ultimate in pampering. Situated on one side of the property with panoramic view of the ocean. Huge lounge flowing onto spacious covered deck with plunge pool overlooking the ocean. 2 private ensuited bedrooms both with king beds. Large outdoor showers and indoor showers, imported fine white linen, comfortable indoor and outdoor furniture. Comes with its own chef, waiter/waitress and housemaid. Maximum room capacity is 4 adults.

Getting There
Taveuni Island can be reached by inter-island flights that depart daily from Nadi and Suva International Airports. The connecting flight takes approximately 90 minutes from Nadi or 60 minutes from Suva. Complimentary return road transfers from the Matei (Taveuni Island) Airport to Taveuni Island Resort are included in the room tariff.
Dining
In keeping with the ambience of the resort, dining is intimate and charming on The Deck. Gourmet chefs prepare Fijian, Indian and continental dishes garnished with organically grown salads, herbs and vegetables. The resort has a good wine cellar filled with New Zealand and Australian wines.
Guests dine together on “The Deck” where they can feast their eyes on breathtaking panoramic views of the ocean no matter what kind of feast the resort chef has prepared. Evening meals feature tables bedecked with Taveuni’s exquisite flowers and lit by candles. Alternatively couples can choose to dine privately, with a romantic dinner for two, complete with private waiter and musician.
Activities
Taveuni is a tropical island ideal for nature lovers and divers alike. For guests wishing to explore the island, a variety of tours and activities are offered. Diving near Taveuni is also exceptional as the reefs in the Somosomo Straits abound with a variety and diversity of marine life. Diving is available through Swiss Fiji Divers organised at the resort.

Diving
Taveuni Island has some of the best diving spots in the world and is known as the soft coral capital of the world. Explore the Somosomo Straits and Rainbow Reef. This beautiful reef is 30km long and boasts magnificent multi-coloured soft corals, as well as stunning hard corals. Rainbow Reef is known for its marine life, manta rays, barracudas, white tip sharks, butterfly fish, stone fish, long nose hawk fish and leopard sharks have all been spotted around Rainbow Reef.
The resort for 25 years was the Top Dive Resort in the South Pacific. The owner of Taveuni Island Resort & Spa discovered all the sites on the Rainbow Reef and Great White Wall which are now legendary throughout the world.
Weddings
Taveuni Island Resort specialises in romantic dream wedding ceremonies. Elope amidst gardens ablaze with tropical flowers or at sunset on the decks overlooking crystalline waters and softly swaying palms or on the white sandy beach under the tropical sun. Loloma Wedding Package: Includes registration fee, transport to/from Registration Office, Minister/Marriage Officer, Floral decorations for open-air wedding on the beach or decks overlooking the ocean, Single tier wedding cake, Option of warriors to escort the bride, Champagne breakfast in the Lagoon Bure or own deck – weather permitting.

Terms & Conditions: A deposit of 25% of the total booking value is payable within 7 days of confirmation of booking, the balance is payable 30 days prior to arrival. Late bookings made within 30 days of arrival are payable immediately. Please note the deposit is non-refundable. Cancellations made outside 45 days – No penalties except for non-refundable deposit. Between 45 and 15 days of arrival 50% of balance paid. Cancel within 14 days of arrival and 100% cancellation fee applies
